If your order hasn’t arrived, share the order and tracking details at support@memorys.in and we will do all we can to help ensure it reaches the destination as soon as possible. In case of an incomplete or damaged order, please notify us within 24 hours and attach a photo of the order as well. We will refund the full amount or provide free replacement of the product within 30 days

A photo album contains 20 pages to store your precious and beautiful moments. All you need to do is pick a cover design, send us your favourite photographs, and leave the rest to us.

The size of our photo album is 6 inches x 9 inches (152mm x 228mm).

Shagun Envelope:
Shagun envelopes are perfect to be used on various occasions and events, such as birthday parties, baby showers, and wedding anniversaries.
To customize the design of shagun envelopes, you need to contact us and share your requirements.
Our shagun envelopes are available in one standard size - 7.25" x 3.75" (185 mm x 93 mm). The envelopes are made of 250 gsm SBS Board paper, have matte lamination, and a special UV and gold folding effect by Scodix, which gives them an enigmatic, never-seen-before appeal.

There is no certain size fixed for images. You just need to upload a high-resolution image of any size.

While most of the personalised pens we deliver look exactly like they do on the website, you may sometimes notice a difference in the colour. Artificial lighting used during photography may sometimes alter the original colour of the pen in the photograph that is uploaded on the website.

We customize our range of personalised notebooks by means of a foiling effect that is done through an Ultra Scodix machine.
Select a customised notebook of your choice from our inventory and enter the name of the gift recipient in the field “LINE TEXT 1.” You can then proceed to add the notebook to your cart and checkout. Alternatively, you can also share the details by sending us a message on WhatsApp or emailing us at info@memorys.in.
Our personalised notebooks come with a hardbound cover that is specially enhanced to give you a premium touch and feel.
You will receive your personalised notebook within five to seven business days after placing the order. The COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions may, however, cause a slight delay in the delivery.
The inner pages in our personalised notebooks are made from high-quality 100 GSM DO paper.
We currently customize personalised notebooks by engraving the name of the recipient on the cover only. Photo printing is not available yet.
Personalised Business Organisers:
You can personalize our range of business planners and organizers by engraving the name of the gift recipient on the front cover. You can fill the name of the recipient on the website or you can send it to us by messaging on WhatsApp or emailing at info@Memorys.in.

Our personalised colouring books comprise 84 pages made from a superior quality 120 GSM printing paper.
The personalised colour books offered on our website are of the size 11.75 in x 11.75 in (29.8 cms x 29.8 cms).
The material of our personalised colouring book is 170 GSM art paper that is hardbound with 4-colour printing.
